With over 90 years of combined experience, our leadership team plays an active role in daily operations, ensuring every project is completed with the same level of care, consistency, and attention to detail that has defined our company since 1985.
Brad Kilgore – Owner, President & CEO

With over 40 years of experience in the cleaning and construction support industry, Brad founded GSCC in 1985 as a sole proprietorship, building it from the ground up into the established, family-owned company it is today with a focus on reliability, strong work ethic, and long-term client relationships.
Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily while maintaining a reputation for quality work, dependable service, and a commitment to safety. His hands-on approach continues to shape the standards and expectations GSCC is known for today.
Throughout the company’s early years, he worked hands-on in the field while also managing day-to-day operations. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality laid the foundation for the standards GSCC continues to uphold.
Since incorporating in 1995, GSCC has continued to grow while maintaining the same core values it was built on.
Today, while semi-retired, he remains actively involved in the business, providing guidance and oversight while supporting the continued growth and transition of leadership to the next generation.

Lauren Hynd – Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Lauren leads GSCC’s sales, marketing, and client relationship strategy, driving the company’s growth and long-term partnerships.
With over two decades of experience and a lifelong connection to the business, she oversees all bidding and estimating processes, leads client outreach initiatives, and manages scheduling across active projects to ensure alignment between client expectations, scope development, and project delivery. She maintains involvement from initial contact through project award, transition, and execution.
She works closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure alignment between client expectations, scope development, and project delivery, supporting clear communication throughout each phase of work.
Beyond this, she oversees safety training initiatives and compliance programs at GSCC, including participation in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation SUPR program, ensuring company-wide adherence to safety and operational standards.
Her role is central to GSCC’s continued growth and strong client relationships, ensuring that every project is accurately estimated, clearly communicated, and executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Nicole Gibson – Director of Business Administration

Nicole oversees business operations, client communication, and administrative processes, serving as a central point of coordination between clients, project teams, and GSCC’s clerical and field personnel.
With nearly two decades of experience in the industry at GSCC, she directs invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and human resources functions. She also manages subcontract and project documentation requirements, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and aligned with the needs and specifications of each project.
In addition, she plays a key role in coordinating workflows across departments, helping ensure seamless communication between office staff and field operations while supporting day-to-day operations.
Her role is essential to maintaining the organization, communication, and operational efficiency that support GSCC’s overall performance and long-term stability.

Orion Aristide – Field Operations Manager

As Field Operations Manager, Orion oversees daily job site operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with GSCC values.
With nine years of experience at GSCC and a recent promotion into this leadership role, he brings strong hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of field operations. He manages crew coordination, assists with scheduling, and maintains detailed records of daily job site activity, including time tracking and production reporting.
He also works closely with general contractors’ on-site project managers, superintendents, and other subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination on active job sites. He also oversees equipment maintenance and supply management, helping ensure our crews are properly equipped and projects run without interruption.
His role is essential in keeping field operations running smoothly and ensuring seamless communication with our clients’ field teams, so every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to GSCC’s standards of excellence.
